Go to My Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
Note:
If the order has already entered the shipping process, this option will not be available. You can select Request cancellation
Select the box next to each product you want to cancel from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all the products.
Choose Cancel selected products when you’re done.
After sending the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation message at the email address associated with the account.
If you want to confirm that the order is canceled, visit My Orders. If you see the order in the section Canceled orders , that means the order has been successfully canceled.
If your order includes a bundle of products or a bundle offer and you cancel an item from the bundle, all products that have not yet been shipped will be canceled. If at least one item has been shipped, you can cancel all non-shipped items within 72 hours of placing your order.
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the merchandise leaves, the client will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been issued, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
